Refund Policy

We are a service based business, service fees are non-refundable.  Services received are charged prior to services rendered.  All booking fees are paid in advance.

In the event of a cancellation of pet sitting services, we can only provide a full refund if cancelled 48 hours in advance. Less than 48 hours notice would incur a $50 cancellation fee, the remainder of the services would be refunded via the payment method provided.
